I am thrilled to share the addition of new staff to our team.
After the seventh Fast Pitch season, we realized the demand for someone devoted to the success and growth of the program. Lesley Factor Miller, a lifelong Phoenician and seasoned events and communications specialist, joins us as the Fast Pitch Program Manager. Lesley is restructuring our sponsorship packages to include experiences and a more personalized touch. We’re excited to unveil her vision! She and her husband, Tim, live in Phoenix and have three young boys.
Suzanne Durkin-Bighorn, Partnership and Engagement Manager, has been a longtime friend of SVPAZ, having previously worked with several nonprofits, including the Tempe Center for Performing Arts – yes, Suzanne was with us in our early Fast Pitch days! In addition to working for us, she’s pursuing a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from ASU. She and her husband Lyle have two grown daughters.
We look forward to introducing you to these new team members in person at the “Bring a Friend Breakfast” on Wednesday, August 16 at our new office suite and/or at the Fall Partner Event on October 4 at Todd and Julie Belfer’s home. Be sure to R.S.V.P.!
