Partner Profile | Trevor Wilde

Apr 14, 2017

TrevorWildeEagle Scout. Athlete. Leader. Volunteer. Partner. Meet Trevor Wilde, managing director of Wilde Wealth Management. Trevor has been a Partner with his wife Meghan since 2009. It helps that Terri Wogan Calderón is his mother-in-law.

He was raised in a family that was always involved in the community. From his days as a Boy and Eagle Scout where he was taught to Be Prepared, to doing outreach with Tucson youth as a U of A athlete, Trevor fondly recalls that his days of volunteerism began early.

As he transitioned into the leadership role of the family business, married Meghan, and became a dad, that need for volunteerism deepened. “Thinking of my employees and my family, I knew my community outreach needed to focus on families and children.”

In the past, the Wildes have supported Toys for Tots, Sunshine Acres, Ryan House, Cell Phones for Soldiers, and Child Crisis Arizona. And SVPAZ gives the Wildes the exposure to so many more meaningful organizations doing great work in the Valley. “Obviously it’s natural to join when my mother-in-law is the executive director, but really Meghan and I love SVPAZ and Fast Pitch season is our favorite time of year – just so we can learn more about all the great work happening that we would have otherwise possibly missed.”

More on Trevor

What do you most look forward to / hope to accomplish as a Partner? Meghan and I love that with SVP, it more than our financial contributions and it’s through our donated time, we can really make an impact. Having children our girls’ age spreads us a bit thin, but in time we will more deeply help SVP continue to have an impact on our local nonprofit community.

What’s your motto? “You grow through what you go through.” While I don’t know how to properly attribute this, life seems to be this way. You either grow through your life experiences or you waste them.

What’s your most marked characteristic? I would hope that people would say that I am a good friend. It’s hard to find and keep good friends. I value mine deeply and strive to being the best friend that I can be.

When and where are you happiest? Whenever I am with my family! My wife is my best friend. We are blessed to have four amazing daughters: Peyton age 11, Presley age 9, Piper age , and Paige age 4. They all have such unique talents and abilities and every day they are growing and progressing. My passion really is my family!wildes2

What’s on your bucket list? When my daughters are grown and have families of their own, I’d love us all to take a trip to Santorini, Greece.

What four words would other people use to describe you? Driven, integrity, reliable, fun
