Heather Cracchiolo

Director of Engagement

Heather Cracchiolo has worked in the valley nonprofit community since the summer of 2000 after moving to Phoenix from her home state of Nebraska.  Heather has enjoyed having an impact on the lives of valley youth through her career with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona and New Pathways for Youth. In addition, she worked in development with the University of Arizona Steele Children’s Research Center where she assisted in the establishment of the Phoenix satellite office. Her most recent work with Support My Club has allowed her to serve as both COO and an Executive Advisor to the growing team.

Heather comes to Social Venture Partners after being an investee while working at New Pathways for Youth. “The SVP partnership generously funded a program that New Pathways for Youth absorbed in 2005 where we mentored children residing in homeless shelters with their families. Social Venture Partners was an integral part of bringing this program to New Pathways for Youth, thus creating my then position as Program Manager. Over my 9 years with the organization, I witnessed first-hand the true value of the partnership in creating sustainability and growth in those in which it invests. I am honored to now work with the partners who taught me so much during my time as an investee.”

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Briar Cliff University and a Masters in Education from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Heather is a mom to two boys ages 2 and 4, a certified yoga instructor and loves Nebraska cornhusker football!
